Société St-Vincent de Paul recently mandated Phil Communications (in collaboration with PKCOM) to launch the 2007 Opération Bonne Mine, a programme to help under privileged children with much needed school supplies, clothing and the means to enjoy extra curricular, cultural and sporting activities.
